1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mgc-supplies.com or our ordering portal at portal.mgc-supplies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About MGC Supplies

MGC Supplies is a brand of Michael George Consulting, LLC, operating as an intermediary that connects licensed medical professionals and practices with established compounding pharmacy partners and specialty program providers. MGC Supplies is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medications, and does not manufacture or warehouse any products.

3. Eligibility

Access to our portal and product catalog is available to licensed medical professionals and practices only. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a licensed medical professional, medical director, or authorized representative of a licensed medical practice.
• You are ordering products for use within your licensed scope of practice.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

MGC Supplies reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any applicant or registrant at its sole discretion.

4. Registration & Approval

Portal access requires registration and approval. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee access. All applications are reviewed by MGC Supplies and, where applicable, our affiliate supplier partners before portal credentials are granted. You will be notified of your approval status within one business day.

5. Products & Orders

Products available through MGC Supplies are sourced from independent supplier partners. MGC Supplies acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

• Product formulation, labeling, or quality — these are the responsibility of the supplying pharmacy or distributor.
• Fulfillment, shipping, or delivery timelines — orders are fulfilled directly by the supplier partner.
• Post-order invoicing or payment collection, which is handled by the supplier.

Research peptides available through our portal are for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human administration or patient use.

6. Pricing & Payments

Pricing displayed in the portal reflects current network rates and is subject to change without notice. Payments for orders are made directly to the supplying partner per their invoicing process. MGC Supplies does not collect payment on behalf of suppliers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MGC Supplies provides access to its platform and supplier network on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of product information, availability of products, or suitability of products for any particular use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael George Consulting, LLC and MGC Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, portal, or the products obtained through our supplier network.

9. Non-Circumvention

Registered clients agree not to attempt to bypass MGC Supplies and establish direct commercial relationships with our supplier partners in circumvention of this arrangement for a period of two (2) years from the date of registration.

10. Confidentiality

Pricing, supplier information, and network terms shared through the MGC Supplies portal are confidential and intended solely for the registered account holder. You agree not to share or distribute this information without prior written consent from MGC Supplies.

11. Termination

MGC Supplies reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misrepresentation during registration, or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
